Small balance changes are coming to Standard Mode tomorrow in patch 27.0.3. Sadly, Twitter is kind of a mess when it comes to such things. We don’t yet know HOW those cards will get nerfed, I assume that full patch notes will drop tomorrow. While Hunter is straightforward, those two decks (and cards in particular) are pretty uninteractive and lead to many situations where one player really can’t do anything to counter the other. However, I think that the nerfs are not only about balance, but also about how those cards feel to play against. Just tag a Hearthstone buddy or streamer and say something u appreciate about them. It’s interesting that they decided to leave Hunter as it is while nerfing other strong decks (Rainbow Mage and Mech Rogue). Those are some of the best performing cards in the meta right now, but they aren’t really on the very top.

Tomorrow (Tuesday, August 8) Blizzard will push out a small balance update nerfing two cards – Mage’s Solid Alibi and Rogue’s Lab Constructor. For one that plays like Hearthstone I wouldn't know, but I play Eternal (Closer to M:TG than HS in style) which is hands down much friendlier to get cards and packs in, at least one free pack a day just for first win, all sorts of free cards for just watching people streaming the game on Twitch daily, and the quest rewards are better. Secret Rogue 8 Legend - TLBunnyhoppor (Score: 20-5). They haven’t talked about any plans for balance changes this early, so most of the players assumed that none will happen.
